I think he refers to the recent /. article in about centos. The
project has recieved a letter from RH legal ordering them to remove
all instances of Red Hat trademarks (inlcuding the name Red Hat) from
their web site. So centos now is '...an Enterprise-class Linux
Distribution derived from sources freely provided to the public by a
prominent North American Enterprise Linux vendor.' (www.centos.org).
The letter also contained a statement that it is illegal to link
to Red Hat's web site without permission.
Things like this trigger the usual /. crowd response (and at least
the link thing is completely hilarious)
